Checklist
- We use professional-grade, surface-specific products to safely clean and restore every area of the home.
- Deep dusting of all reachable surfaces, including fans, baseboards, doors, door frames, and high-touch points.
- Detailed kitchen cleaning: cabinet exteriors + interiors ONLY if completely empty; pantry shelves cleaned if empty; backsplash, appliance fronts, and full stove + microwave interior/exterior (burners included).
- Full bathroom detail: sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and shower deep-scrub with mold/soap-scum removal.
- Floors: sweep, vacuum, and mop thoroughly; reach corners and clean under movable furniture.
- Interior window glass, tracks, and frames cleaned; removable screens cleaned if accessible.
- Closet shelves and rods cleaned only if closets are completely empty.
- Drawers cleaned only if drawers are completely empty.
- Light wall-mark removal when marks are removable; paint-required stains are not guaranteed.
- Trash bins washed, disinfected, and relined.
- Final detail check to ensure the home is ready for turnover.
